Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-09
By creating an account or using Minto you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a company, you accept on its behalf.
The service
Minto records, transcribes and summarizes meetings and helps you manage the tasks that come out of them. We may improve or change features over time.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping it secure.
- A workspace admin manages seats, billing and access for invited people.
Acceptable use
Only record meetings when you have the right to, and notify participants where the law requires it. Do not use Minto for anything unlawful, to infringe others’ rights, or to attempt to breach the security of the service.
Your content
Your recordings, transcripts and tasks are yours. You grant us the permission needed to host and process them in order to provide the service. You can export or delete them at any time.
Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
Termination
You can stop using Minto at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
Warranty and liability
Minto is provided “as is”. Transcripts and summaries are AI-generated and may contain errors; review them before making important decisions. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
